Trailhead Cookie Company Brings Mountain-Inspired Treats and Community Spirit to a Broader Audience
Arvada, CO — October 27, 2025 — Trailhead Cookie Company, the beloved local cottage bakery known for selling gigantic cookies at farmers markets and local community events, is thrilled to announce its expansion into new retail partnership with FlatIron Crossing on November 1, 2025 to deliver broader community engagement.
To celebrate this exciting new chapter, Trailhead Cookie Company will offer a free cookie to the first 50 guests at its upcoming retail launch on November 1st at the FlatIrons Crossing Mall. Visitors will also have the chance to meet founder Wendi, affectionately known as “The Cookie Lady” and chat all things cookies.
Every cookie is handcrafted with real butter and cane sugar, and is inspired by the places we love across Colorado—like the Steamboat Snickerdoodle and the Loveland Sugar Cookie. These mountain-inspired flavors reflect the heart of Trailhead Cookie Company: bold, joyful, and rooted in adventure.
Trailhead Cookie Company is more than just a bakery—it’s a community partner. In its short time in operation, the company has raised close to $5,000 for local youth sports, and this holiday season, a portion of every sale will support the Arvada Hockey U14 A Team. The company’s logo was designed by a talented senior at Arvada West High School, and Trailhead hopes to continue help local youth grow through sports, the arts, and leadership opportunities.
